Flagitious - Wildly unpredictable or unstable. Based on the movements and behaviours of a flag in the wind.

That was my first thought at the word, anyway. 'Shamefully wicked' means nothing to me, honestly... I know nothing of wickedness. 0=)

Yes, I admit, my sister gave me the word. Sue me.
However, I'd like to point out that there's a fine distinction between "lazy" and "busy." And, yes, I was working on revisions and other stuff. But I haven't packed yet.
